The recirculation of the organic waste collected through the green bin takes place at the composting station in Mamer, where this organic waste is converted into useful compost.

Residents of the SICA municipalities can collect small quantities of compost free of charge from the recycling park in Kehlen.

Please bring your own containers (bags, buckets, …) to fill in the compost.

Larger quantities (trailers) can be collected from the compost centre in Mamer.

The compost is distributed free of charge to the inhabitants of the 8 member municipalities: Bartringen, Garnich, Kehlen, Koerich, Kopstal, Mamer, Habscht (only residents of the former municipality of Simmern) and Steinfort.
